Team Leader / Supervisor
- Required Skill :
- Assembly Shop / SPM (Special Purpose Machine) maintenance experience.
- Strong Electrical maintenance experience in Utility O&M (Operations & Maintenance) equipment.
- Shift management: Able to handle a team of 5–7 members.
- Experience in Machine maintenance, Power tool maintenance, crane maintenance, etc.
- Troubleshooting skills for VFD, PLC, servo drive, soft starter, etc.
- Ability to read and write electrical drawings, SLD (Single Line Diagrams), etc.
- Knowledge of maintenance metrics and types: MTTR, MTBF, PM, CBM, TBM, PDM.
- Basic awareness of audit systems.
- Basic awareness of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Spare part management.
- Knowledge of EHS, Kaizen, 5S principles.
- PWD electrical supervisory License is required.
- Education: BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 4 to 6 Years in Assembly & Utility maintenance
