- Systems: FANUC (R-30iB) & ABB (IRC5)
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair
- ★ Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on Robot Drives and Servo Motors.and paint Shop maintainance.
- ★ Manage mechanical health, including Gearboxes and Encoders.
- Programming & Optimization
- ★ Hands-on Robot Teaching and Path Optimization for high-speed lines.
- ★ Logic programming and parameter setting for FANUC and ABB systems.
- Troubleshooting & Recovery
- ★ Expert-level diagnosis of Robot-to-PLC interface issues.
- ★ Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electricals / Mechatronics.
- ★ Expertise: Deep knowledge of automotive production environments.
- Year of Experience : 5+ years
