- Instrumentation Technician
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration of instruments such as RTD, Thermocouples, Pressure Transmitters (PT), Level Transmitters (LT), and other field instruments
- Troubleshoot and rectify breakdowns of process and machine instruments, including transmitters, temperature controllers, pressure controllers, and gauges
- Maintain and troubleshoot machine gauges and Marposs gauges
- Diagnose and resolve issues across a wide range of instrumentation systems
- Enter and manage calibration data in SAP
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, and safety practices on the shop floor
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong hands-on experience in instrument calibration and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of industrial instrumentation systems
- Knowledge of manufacturing plant operations and work environment
- Familiarity with calibration standards and documentation
- Basic working knowledge of SAP for calibration data entry
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics
- Years of Experience : 3 – 5 years
