GRC & AI Documentation Specialist (Remote – UAE Projects)
Role:
Support UAE compliance projects through policy drafting, SOP creation, internal audit documentation, and AI‑enabled content development. This is an execution/support role under senior consultants. Their clients are mainly Insurance brokers, Real Estate companies, Real estate brokers
Responsibilities:
✔️ Draft policies, SOPs, and compliance documents using AI tools
✔️Create process flowcharts (Visio / Draw.io / Lucid)
✔️Support internal audit & COSO‑based documentation
✔️Convert regulations into RCMs and compliance trackers
✔️Prepare audit templates, Excel trackers, PPTs, and training content
Requirements:
✔️2+ years in policy drafting / compliance / internal audit support
✔️ Basic understanding of internal controls / COSO (training provided)
✔️Hands‑on with AI drafting tools (ChatGPT / Gemini)
✔️Strong Excel & documentation skills
✔️Good written English, remote‑ready
