Production Engineer-Jaipur
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and extensive knowledge of steel fabrication processes. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the production process of steel fabrication.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate fabrication of products.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in the production process, implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a diploma in the mechanical field.
- Detailed knowledge and hands-on experience in steel fabrication.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for production management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in the steel fabrication industry.
- Familiarity with PEB and heavy steel fabrication processes.
