Deputy Manager – Operations
- Expert in CNC maintenance and high-precision machine shop operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader to manage our operations and maintenance team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Independently handle Machine Shops (Grinding, Turning, HMC/VMC) with a focus on Crankshaft, Camshaft, or Gear machining.
- Maintenance Strategy: Drive MTBF, MTTR, and OEE improvements through Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown maintenance.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Fanuc & Siemens CNC/PLC systems; must be able to perform PLC & HMI programming.
- Process Oversight: Manage Induction Hardening, Heat Treatment, and Gantry Maintenance.
- Hardware Management: Troubleshoot scales, encoders, spindle drives, and power supplies.
What We’re Looking For: - Deep knowledge of Electrical Drawings and software/hardware configuration.
- A strong vendor network for PLC/CNC card and PCB repairs.
- Education: B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical)
