- Required Skill:
- Managerial: Good managerial skills and able to handle site/shop independently.
- Compliance: Aware of audit systems (ISO, IATF, TPM).
- Safety: EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) system knowledge.
- Leadership: Able to handle a 30-member team; strong manpower management.
- Inventory: Spare part management.
- Technical: Sound in Utility O&M and Machine maintenance (CNC, Welding, Conveyor, Press, Winding machine, Power tools, Crane, VPI Furnace, etc.).
- Reporting/Metrics: MIS – MTTR, MTBF, Uptime, RCA, HIRA.
- Maintenance Strategies: CBM (Condition Based), PDM (Predictive), PM (Preventive), TBM (Time Based).
- Licensing: Electrical supervisory license (Added advantage/Optional).
- Communication: Good communication skills.
- Software: Maximo experience (Added advantage).
Key Responsibilities - Control and monitor day-to-day activities to prevent major crises.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team during daily work.
- Ensure compliance with all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Education: BE in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 7+ Years in Assembly & Utility maintenance
